Location: Wrexham

Contract Options Available:

  • 24 Hours Per Week (2x 12 hour shifts) – £16,640 per annum
  • 36 Hours Per Week (3x 12 hour shifts) – £24,960 per annum

Are you passionate about helping people live fulfilling and independent lives? We are looking for caring, committed, and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our Supported Living team, supporting eight individuals with mental health needs to achieve their goals, build confidence, and maintain their independence. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering people to live independently within their home and local community.

You will provide person-centred support that promotes wellbeing, recovery, choice, and inclusion.

Working as part of a dedicated team, you will support individuals to develop life skills, achieve personal outcomes, and manage their mental health in a positive and meaningful way

About the Role

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred support within supported living services.
  • Promote independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes.
  • Support individuals with daily living activities, health management and life skills.
  • Encourage social engagement and participation within the local community.
  • Build positive, trusted relationships that help people achieve their personal goals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and other professionals to provide outstanding care.

What We’re Looking For

We're seeking caring and resilient individuals who are passionate about supporting others.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Experience working within mental health, social care or a support environment.
  • A person-centred approach and genuine passion for helping others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to remain calm, adaptable and positive in challenging situations.
  • A commitment to promoting independence, dignity and choice.
  • A full UK driving license (desirable but not essential).
