Salary: £30,000 per annum + Certificate of Sponsorship + In-house training / coaching + Fully Funded External Training + Performance-Based Incentives, Salary Increments & Bonus Scheme

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an ambitious and motivated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and examinations.
  • Diagnose and formulate evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, rehabilitation, exercise prescription, and patient education.
  • Manage a varied caseload including musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, spinal conditions, workplace injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation.
  • Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and professional clinical records.
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships that maximise patient engagement and outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute positively to the culture, reputation, and continued success of the practice.
  • Participate actively in mentoring sessions, clinical training, team meetings, and professional development activities.
What We Are Looking For
  • Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • HCPC Registration.
  • Strong musculoskeletal assessment and treatment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, motivated, and patient-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development.
  • A genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals.
  • Previous experience within private practice.
  • Experience managing sports injuries and active populations.
  • Additional qualifications or training in manual therapy, acupuncture, Pilates, rehabilitation, or strength and conditioning.
  • Experience with in occupational health or workplace injury management.
