Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Support Worker to join us on an ad-hoc shift basis in Chester.
Key Responsibilities- Providing high-quality, person-centred support to service users.
- Supporting with daily living and encouraging independence.
- Building positive and professional relationships with individuals and their families.
- Supporting with appointments, activities and community access where required.
- Monitoring wellbeing and identifying any changes or concerns.
- Maintaining accurate records and following care and safeguarding procedures.
- Working as part of a supportive team to ensure a safe and positive environment.
We are looking for reliable, caring and enthusiastic individuals who have a genuine passion for supporting others. Previous experience within healthcare, social care, supported living or a similar environment is desirable, although transferable experience will be considered.
