Are you a compassionate, reliable, and proactive care professional looking to make a real difference in your community? We are recruiting a Rapid Responder to support our domiciliary care teams in Winsford & Chester

As a Rapid Responder, you’ll be a key problem-solver and frontline support for our care services—stepping in at short notice to ensure our clients receive safe, consistent, and high-quality care.

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role suited to someone who is flexible, confident, and dedicated to delivering exceptional care.

• Providing urgent and emergency care cover for domiciliary care calls
• Supporting service users with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks
• Responding to last-minute staffing gaps or welfare concerns
• Ensuring care plans are followed and high standards are maintained
• Communicating effectively with the care team, office staff, and families
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times

• Previous experience in domiciliary care or a similar care setting
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Flexibility to work across varied shifts

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care

• Competitive hourly block pay £13.75 + mileage allowance 45pence per mile
