Support Worker, Home Care

Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for 4 ladies with varying different needs

We’re proud to support individuals with a wide range of needs and personalities. Some are independent, while others use wheelchairs or need full assistance with personal care. We work with both verbal and non-verbal individuals, and we tailor our support to meet each person’s unique preferences and health conditions—including autism, learning disabilities, dementia, mental health needs, and continence care.

You won’t just be helping with daily tasks—you’ll be part of a team that brings joy, connection, and adventure into people’s lives. The individuals we support love:

Outdoor activities like shopping, dining out, and going on group trips to places like Chester Zoo (we’re proud members!)

Fun at home, including listening to music, watching movies, cooking, and baking

Social time, whether it’s bowling, tours, or simply enjoying each other’s company

They value kindness, respect, and a safe, happy home where everyone’s dignity and privacy are honoured. And so do we.

You’ll be supporting 4 ladiesto live their daily life in the way they wants to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:

Supporting individuals with personal care and mobility

Helping people access the community and enjoy everyday activities

Driving our team vehicle to outings and appointments (that’s why a Full UK Driving Licence is essential)

Preparing meals and drinks that meet a variety of dietary needs

Creating a clean, friendly, and safe home environment
