At Radfield Home Care Chester & Ellesmere Port we’re a family-run, award-winning home care provider rated Outstanding by the CQC. We’re looking for kind, caring, and dependable individuals to join our friendly team and help older people live independently in their own homes.
Care experience essential and DBS on update service is desirable
Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide one-to-one, person-centred care for older adults in their homes. Every day will be different — you might be:
- Supporting clients to enjoy outings
- Helping with personal care and daily routines
- Providing medication support
- Assisting with mobility needs, including safe manual handling, movement, and transfers
- Carrying shopping or household items when needed
- Kneeling or supporting yourself in low positions for periods when assisting clients
- Helping with errands, attending appointments, and community activities
- Helping with Cooking and cleaning.
- Promoting independence, dignity, and comfort in every visit
- £27,300 annual salary
- Mileage allowance: 45p per mile
- Morning shifts from 8am, Evening shifts till 10pm, including weekends.

You’ll support clients across West Cheshire.
What You’ll Need
- A kind, caring, and reliable nature
- A full UK driving license and access to a car
- Willingness to travel locally across Chester, Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas
