We are proud to be a teaching and learning practice, supporting Trainee ACPs, Mental Health Student Nurses and learners across primary care. You will join a friendly, committed team with experienced leadership, skilled nursing staff and strong administrative support, working 23.5 hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in a practice that values collaboration, continuity and compassion.

Main duties of the jobOur patient population presents a wide range of clinical needs, offering a varied and rewarding workload. You will provide both routine and urgent care for acute and long-term conditions, working in line with local and national guidelines.

Home visiting demand is generally low and often supported by our PCN Paramedic team, although occasional visits may be required. You will also benefit from support from an in-house Practice Pharmacist for medicines management and clinical queries.

We are committed to continuous improvement and high standards of care, with a focus on achieving QoF targets and meeting CQC KLOE standards.
