Participant Engagement Specialist: Study Outreach & Scheduling
EMS Healthcare Ltd is seeking a proactive Participant Engagement professional to support study delivery by contacting potentially eligible participants via email, SMS and phone. You will guide participants to book appointments, update CRIO and escalate queries to the medical team where needed.
You will maintain accurate records, follow the study process, work to targets, and ensure confidentiality of participant information while providing clear information in line with study requirements.
