Whitbread is currently recruiting for a Duty Manager at the Chester Premier Inn. This role works 40 hours per week at a pay rate of up to £13.36 per hour on a permanent contract.

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Manage all daily operational activities, including health & safety, staffing, and guest service standards.
• Ensure the smooth running of the hotel and maintain the Premier Inn brand reputation.

• Relevant leadership experience, ideally in retail or a similar environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to apply health & safety standards and create a safe environment for guests and staff.
