. We are looking for a proactive HR professional to join a dynamic team in a standalone HR capacity. This role involves owning HR activities, providing expert advice, managing recruitment, and supporting staff while shaping a positive workplace culture.
- Overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes
- Providing practical HR guidance to managers and team leaders
- Coordinating and supporting training initiatives
- Representing HR in meetings and contributing to decision-making
- Supporting initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture
- Assisting with accreditations
- Keeping up to date with employment law and HR best practices
- Prior experience working in an HR role
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or above
- Current knowledge of employment law and equality legislation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
