Overview

Carolina Poly is seeking a Recruiter to join our team. Carolina Poly produces several lines of polyethylene products including high quality trash bags and construction films. Carolina Poly is a facility that is part of an established nationwide manufacturing company that can provide growth and advancement opportunities. Job function:
Human Resources;
Industry: Plastics Manufacturing.

• Proactively recruit talent for production and warehouse positions using multiple resources.
• Aggressively recruit the best candidates for a wide range of open positions including general labor/production, warehouse associates and maintenance.
• Interview candidates for open positions.
• Assure completion of all new hire paperwork and notify department managers of incoming new hires.
• Represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support effectiveness of the HR department.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Engage in the full cycle process from start to finish, including reviewing candidates in the ATS, conducting phone screens, face-to-face interviews, developing offers, and handling new hire paperwork.

• At least 2 years’ recruiting experience required with manufacturing experience highly desired.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Working knowledge of general Human Resources principles.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office software and applications.
• Ability to work independently and complete work with minimal supervision.
