Due to an exciting period of growth, we have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team working within the contracts tech digital division.

We are looking for someone who is ready to immerse themselves into our recruitment processes, frameworks and systems to learn how to be a top recruiter in their market.

• 3+ Years experience in 360 agency recruitment – ideally IT / tech / digital (Contracts would be a bonus)
• Proven success in new business generation, account management and delivery
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced KPI driven environment
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A strong work ethic and ambition to drive success for yourself and your wider team
• Ability to use our core systems and working frameworks (previous experience using Linked In Recruiter, Broadbean, Mercury, Indeed etc. is advantageous but full training will also be given)
• This is a full-time office based position, all candidates will need to be able to commute and work daily from our Chester HQ
• Ability to present yourself in a professional manner to prospective candidates and client
• An insatiable desire to push the boundaries in a quest to deliver excellent customer service
