Who We’re SeekingAn experienced Business Analyst with a strong Agile background, comfortable owning requirements end-to-end and working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing- Gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements
- Working with delivery teams to define and shape solutions
- Creating and maintaining product backlogs and user stories
- Supporting projects through delivery, testing, and transition
- Providing clear updates and documentation to stakeholders
- Proven Business Analyst experience in Agile environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience managing backlogs and requirements documentation
- Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops or similar tools is beneficial
- Ownership of business-critical change initiatives
- Collaborative, supportive working environment
- Clear opportunities for development and progression
