Do you love solving problems AND love working with people? This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys being the face of IT on site — the person users trust, remember, and are glad to see. We're recruiting a Service Desk Engineer for a fast-growing MSP with an impressive global client base. You'll be based at a key client site in London four days a week, owning their day-to-day IT support experience, with one day a week back in the EC3R office contributing to the wider team.

What the role involves:
You'll handle everything from user walk-ups to complex ticket resolution, work to SLAs, and build genuine relationships with the client's team. On your office day, you'll plug into the service desk queue and get the chance to support the Solutions team on client rollouts — great exposure to project delivery in a live environment.

What we're looking for:

2 years in IT support, MSP background preferred Solid Microsoft skills — 365, Exchange, Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint Good networking fundamentals Someone who is as good with people as they are with technology — approachable, proactive, and easy to be around Comfortable working independently on site and managing their own workload What's on offer: £28,000–£32,000 depending on experience A growing, people-first MSP with real career development Monthly socials, CPD plans and a team that genuinely looks after each other 20 days holiday, increasing with service If you want a role where you're valued, visible, and given the chance to grow - apply now or get in touch for a chat.
