Applications Engineer

Applications Engineer | London | Hybrid I’m currently working with a leading global law firm looking to hire an Applications Engineer into their London team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience supporting and delivering enterprise business applications within a professional services environment. The position sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and business system, focusing on application support, optimisation, integrations, upgrades, and project delivery across a broad enterprise application landscape.

Key areas include:
• Enterprise applications support and administration
• Systems implementation, upgrades & migrations
• Application integrations and workflow optimisation
• SDLC, testing, release management & UAT
• Reporting, dashboards & operational analytics
• Vendor management and stakeholder engagement
• Security remediation, compliance & audit support

Experience with platforms such as:
• Net Documents
• iManage Work
• Aderant
• Intapp
• Service Now
• SharePoint would be highly beneficial. The role will involve partnering closely with business stakeholders across Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, and IT to improve system reliability, efficiency, and user experience across core business platforms. This would suit someone who enjoys:
