WSA – Wonderful Sound for All in Chester is seeking an Operations Administrator to support order placement, repairs processing and returns handling. You will help keep customers informed, ensure accurate data entry and timeliness across the ERP and CRM systems.
You’ll work with colleagues across logistics and customer care to dispatch orders, manage stock and process replacements for faulty devices, with a strong focus on accuracy and excellent service.
