Business Technology is Capgemini Invent’s technology consulting and transformation advisory practice. Within Business Technology, our AI & Digital Acceleration team focuses on helping our clients deliver technology transformation programmes for business value and optimise the effectiveness and impact of their IT capability.

We are looking to hire a Managing Consultant into AI & Digital Acceleration to help sell and deliver Service Now-enabled enterprise operations transformation programmes and grow the Business Technology portfolio within our clients

As a Managing Consultant – Enterprise Business Services & Industry Workflows Transformation, you will help clients digitise, automate and unify workflows across finance, procurement, enterprise asset management and industry-specific operations using the Service Now platform. You will position Service Now as a strategic enterprise workflow platform that enables operational excellence, business process modernisation and platform consolidation.

Key expectations from this role include:

Client Delivery & Advisory

• Define enterprise operations transformation strategies leveraging Service Now
• Advise senior stakeholders on:
  • Shared services transformation
  • Business process modernisation
  • Platform consolidation
  • Operational efficiency improvement
  • Translate business requirements into workflow-enabled solutions

Enterprise Business Services Transformation

• Lead initiatives across:
  • Finance operations
  • Procurement and supplier lifecycle management
  • Legal and contract operations
  • Shared services and GBS models
  • Support integration with ERP ecosystems such as SAP and Oracle

Asset & Industry Workflow Transformation

• Support transformation programmes involving:
  • Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
  • Asset lifecycle and servicing workflows
  • Telecom service operations
  • Technology service provider workflows
  • Enable modern, workflow-driven operating models

Automation & Low-Code Platforms

• Support implementation of:
  • App Engine and Creator Workflows
  • Workflow automation solutions
  • AI-enabled process automation
  • Establish business-led automation and citizen development approaches

Business Development & Practice Contribution

• Contribute to proposals, RFPs and client pitches focused on enterprise operations transformation
• Support development of Service Now Core Business Suite and Industry Workflow offerings
• Participate in thought leadership and market-facing initiatives

Core Experience

• Proven experience in enterprise transformation, business operations or consulting
• Strong understanding of business process transformation and workflow platforms
• Experience delivering operational transformation programmes

Technical & Functional Capabilities

• Experience in 2 or more of the following areas:
  • Finance operations or shared services transformation
  • Procurement and supplier lifecycle transformation
  • Enterprise Asset Management
  • Industry workflows (e.g. Telecom, Technology Service Providers)
  • Business process re-engineering and automation
  • Service Now or other enterprise workflow platforms
• Understanding of:
