MI & Data Analyst

• Turn data into clear, actionable insight to support better business decisions and performance
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, Excel reports, and forecasting models
• Analyse trends across volumes, utilisation, customer behaviour, and operational performance
• Support forecasting and forward-looking insight to help teams plan effectively
• Deliver accurate reporting, MI, and ad hoc analysis for operational, finance, and leadership teams
• Support strategic invoicing processes, including reconciliation, validation, and query resolution
• Improve data quality, controls, and consistency across operational and financial reporting
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting, streamline workflows, and reduce manual effort
• Use digital tools and explore AI-enabled solutions to improve insight and efficiency
• Support operational helpdesks and ensure reporting requests are handled accurately and on time
• Help improve processes, reporting structures, and day-to-day operational workflows

• Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Experience with SQL or other query languages
• Exposure to automation tools or AI-enabled reporting solutions
• Experience with forecasting, trend analysis, or commercial reporting
• Confident Excel user with experience working with large or complex data sets
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams
• A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
