Ascendion is looking for 'Scrum Master', The ideal candidate brings experience working in complex enterprise environments, navigating multi-team delivery, and collaborating closely with Product Owners, RTEs, Architecture, Engineering, and wider programme stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience- 4+ years as a Scrum master's in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and scaled frameworks (SAFe preferred)
- Proven experience in Agile project delivery and multi-team coordination
- Expertise with Jira and Confluence
- Solid SDLC, QA, and Dev Ops awareness
- Certifications preferred: CSM, PSM, SAFe SSM/SASM, PMI-ACP
- Banking/Financial experience is required
