Dee Set Group in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day support for the company's systems and end users, both in the office and remotely. You will work in a hybrid environment, manage Windows, iOS and Android devices, and log tasks via the service desk system.
You'll maintain the IT knowledge base, support MDM/BYOD devices, keep asset records up to date, and assist with network and endpoint issues.
