Account Handler

The Role

You'll work closely with a team of Account Executives to provide first-class service to a diverse portfolio of commercial clients. From renewals and mid-term adjustments to preparing presentations and liaising with insurers, you'll be a key part of ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

• Support Account Executives with all aspects of commercial account handling.
• Manage client renewals, amendments, and documentation efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with both clients and insurers.
• Handle a varied book of business across Property, Liability, Motor Fleet, and Package policies.
• Provide technical support and ensure compliance with company and FCA guidelines.

• Experienced in commercial insurance account handling (broker or insurer background).
• Confident communicator with great attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Cert CII qualification (or working towards) preferred, but not essential.

• Salary up to £45,000 (depending on experience).
