Monday to Friday, Office Based My client is looking to recruit an experienced Account Handler to support the management of a diverse commercial insurance portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional with strong client servicing skills who enjoys building relationships, handling a varied workload and delivering outstanding customer service. Key Duties Provide day-to-day support to an Account Executive in the management of commercial insurance clients.

Handle new business quotations, policy sales, renewals and mid-term adjustments. Act as the main point of contact for clients, insurers and other stakeholders. Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent levels of service. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and insurance providers. Review insurer documentation and resolve any discrepancies before issuing to clients. Maintain accurate client records and update systems in line with company procedures.

Deliver a professional telephone service and effectively manage incoming queries. Support retention, cross-selling and referral objectives across the portfolio. Requirements Previous experience using Acturis and E-Trade platforms is essential. Strong commercial insurance background, including products such as Commercial Combined, Contractors Combined, Property Owners, Fleet, Offices and Surgeries.

Experience with Professional Indemnity, Management Liability and Cyber insurance would be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and use initiative. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation, influencing and relationship-building skills. Resilient and solution-focused approach to problem solving.
