A well-established insurance brokerage, part of a leading national group, is seeking a Professional Indemnity Account Handler to join its settled and high-performing team.

The broker is stable, growing, and focused on the future. The Chester-area office is home to a collaborative team, including Account Executives, Administrators, and Compliance support.

This is a client-facing role focused primarily on Professional Indemnity insurance
, with some exposure to Cyber and Management Liability products
. The portfolio mainly serves construction and legal sector clients
, with clients located across the UK.

• Manage existing clients through renewals, servicing and MTAs
• Predominantly desk-based/phone-based servicing
• Support clients with a strong emphasis on retention and technical advice

• Proven experience handling Professional Indemnity risks (not necessarily as a PI specialist)
• Comfortable advising clients through renewals
• Strong relationship management and technical capability
• Experience using Acturis is advantageous but not essential

• Salary up to £40,000
