The Opportunity Our client is looking to expand their commercial team at their office in Shropshire. This role will encompass all aspects within the commercial team of a progressive broker including Sales, Customer Service and technical broking. The role will involve the management of client insurance programmes across varied business sectors and insurance products. Successful candidate will manage all aspects of the client relationship and ensure clients receive exceptional service and technical advice.

Work closely with senior colleagues. Successful Candidates Exposure to the Commercial Insurance market would be of interest :
Some experience in an Account Handling, customer service, administration or sales role would be welcome. Strong customer service professionals taking personal ownership of service delivery. Excellent communicators with proven ability to develop relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Well organised and comfortable working to deadlines. An energetic professional with a positive mindset and good IT skills. Will be looking to build a long-term career.
