Overview
Market leading, developing Commercial Litigation specialist with an excellent national reputation is seeking an ambitious and experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its Chester team (and from home!).
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor with anywhere from 2-10 years' PQE with a demonstrable background in commercial litigation.
ResponsibilitiesYou will provide a broad spectrum of services—from early-stage debt recovery advice to handling Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings, as well as insolvency actions.
Qualifications- 2-10 years' PQE with a demonstrable background in commercial litigation.
- Ideal for someone with expert knowledge of debt recovery litigation processes and legislation, eager to grow their career in a close knit, expanding team.
Salary (guideline up to £65k) and benefits will be commensurate with experience.
