Branch Manager position, managing a depot selling a range plastic building products such as: rooflights, window frames, fascias, guttering, cladding, roofing, windows and doors Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration and sales Ensuring H&S practices are adhered to by all employees Stock control Ensuring excellent customer service is provided Managing the budget and allocation of funds Providing training, development and motivation to all depot personnel Liaise regularly with the Area Sales Representative offering support where required Network to improve the branch presence and reputation Managing a team of 2 The ideal applicant will be Branch Manager Plastic Buildings Products with:
