Mtrp Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a £1m commercial refurbishment project near Chester. The contract is expected to last about 4 months, with a possibility of follow-on work.
The ideal candidate should possess a valid CSCS, First Aid, and SMSTS certifications, and have a joinery background with relevant experience in leading similar projects. Competitive rates between £220.00 and £250.00 per day will be offered based on experience.
