This role is based at Capenhurst with UK and international travel required.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead EA Technology’s enablement and organisational capability agenda during a period of significant transformation and growth. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our people across Commercial, Operations and Technology have the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to succeed in a rapidly evolving business.

Working closely with senior leaders across the organisation, you will translate strategy into practical capability‑building programmes that improve adoption, accelerate productivity and support long‑term business performance.

  • Define and lead the company‑wide enablement strategy aligned to Programme DELTA and EA Technology’s growth objectives
  • Conduct capability assessments and identify workforce development priorities across functions and geographies
  • Establish capability frameworks, certification standards and role‑readiness programmes
  • Design and oversee enablement journeys for new hires, organisational transitions and business integrations
  • Build and maintain enablement content and learning architecture across technical, commercial and operational domains
  • Partner with senior leaders to ensure capability development supports strategic priorities and business outcomes
  • Develop measurement frameworks to track adoption, certification, productivity and performance improvements
  • Report on enablement effectiveness and value creation to executive leadership and programme governance groups
  • Support organisational development, transformation and change initiatives across the business
  • Work closely with the People team to align enablement with competency frameworks, performance management and workforce planning
  • Create a scalable, sustainable enablement function that supports future growth and organisational effectiveness
What we’ll need from you
  • Significant experience in organisational development, capability building, learning and development, talent management or workforce strategy
  • Experience leading enablement, capability or transformation programmes within complex organisations
  • Proven ability to drive capability change across commercial, operational and technical populations
  • Experience supporting organisational transformation and embedding new ways of working
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across functions
  • Experience developing capability frameworks, certification models or workforce readiness programmes
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring capability outcomes and business impact
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels
  • Experience operating within fast‑paced, growth‑oriented or transformational environments
Desirable
  • Experience with in a PE‑backed, scaling or high‑growth business
