General Services Manager (Soft Services)
Location:
Broughton (Onsite)
Hours: 35 per week (4.5-day pattern, 07:00-19:00 flexibility)
We?re seeking an experienced General Services professional to manage soft facilities services within a large, high-compliance industrial site. You?ll oversee delivery of cleaning, catering, grounds, waste, transport and mailroom services, ensuring performance, cost control, and service quality are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Manage soft services and multiple suppliers against KPIs and contracts
- Support budget control, invoicing, and procurement activities
- Drive service performance through reviews and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site procedures
- Work closely with internal teams and external providers to improve delivery
- Experience managing facilities/soft services in large industrial or corporate sites
- Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills
- Confident with budgets, procurement, and service reporting
- H&S aware with strong compliance mindset
- Cleanroom/pharma experience beneficial
