Full time,Contract Type Permanent,Shift Pattern Afternoons,36 hours per week.

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day running of your department, support colleagues, manage stock, coach new starters, and solve problems on the shop floor, working closely with the manager to maintain high standards and keep the team motivated.

• Lead by example, supporting colleagues and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Manage stock, oversee layout and product presentation.
• Coach and support new starters and team members.
• Resolve operational problems promptly.
• Work with the manager to meet targets and uphold standards.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace.

• Experience in a retail or customer‑facing environment.
