Five Guys Chester seeks a Bench General Manager to own the store, lead the team and drive profitability while ensuring superb customer service. You’ll work hands-on on the line when needed and mentor crew and managers to deliver perfect burgers and fries.
You’ll manage P&L, optimise costs, develop your team, and uphold our values of competitiveness, enthusiasm, family, getting it done and integrity in a fast-paced environment.
