Leaders In Care Recruitment is partnering with a provider preparing to open a second children’s home in Crewe. This refurbished 3-bed service will support children and young people with EBD and LD, and the Registered Manager will lead the opening and registration process.
You will build and develop the team, oversee safeguarding and Ofsted readiness, and drive a culture of outstanding care from day one, within a supportive provider framework.
