Residential Conveyancing Head of Department – Chester Incredibly rare opportunity to join this renowned, market leading full service practice in the heart of Chester who is seeking a new Head of Department for its much vaunted Residential Conveyancing team. This successful team continues to grow apace, due in no small part to an excellent clientele and in line with the firms' overall development plans.

As the most senior person in the team you will be a qualified Solicitor (ideally 5 years PQE and above) boasting demonstrable managerial experience and vast experience within the Property sphere. As the leading light in their established, Residential Conveyancing team, your role will be to take a very front foot role in leading and developing the team. It is expected that you will have excellent experience in the Residential sphere with the ambition to put your own impression on a fantastic team.

You'll be ably supported by the eight strong fee earning and junior team to do so. Salary and benefits will be in line with your expertise with a guideline for salary of between £55,000 and £70,000. The team requires a Head of Department to lead them into the future, an ambitious motivated Solicitor keen to frame a department in their own image.
