• Operating folder gluer and gluing machinery to produce cartons to specification
• Setting up and adjusting machines for optimal performance and throughput
• Ensuring consistent quality control and adherence to production targets
• Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks on machinery
• Supporting die‑cutting and related finishing processes as required
• Working collaboratively with production teams to uphold standards

• Experience operating folder gluer, gluing, or finishing machines in a packaging or print environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality output
• Ability to work under pressure to meet production deadlines
• Flexibility to work 3 shift pattern
• A proactive attitude toward machine performance and safety compliance
