We’re looking for an engaging and driven Team Manager to lead a production team, delivering products on time, in full, and to the right specification, while creating a positive, high-performance culture on site.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for delivering production plans on time, in full and to specification, while driving strong performance across safety, quality, cost and productivity. You will lead, motivate and develop a production team, manage labour planning and attendance, and ensure standards are met across food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and audit compliance.

The role also plays a key part in continuous improvement, maintaining factory standards, and delivering KPI performance including OEE, waste reduction, yield and plan attainment.

This opportunity would suit someone with experience in a manufacturing or production environment who enjoys leading people, working at pace, and driving performance on the shop floor. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of food safety and health and safety standards are essential.
