Production Shift Supervisor

6am - 3.30pm. Following a shift pattern of 4 on 2 off. Salary: £13.75 per hour. Our Chester based Client has opportunities to join their large manufacturing plant in Chester. This is a direct permanent opportunity. Production Supervisor duties and responsibilities Ensuring that production processes are in line with company and regulatory requirements Accurately completing all necessary documentation for regulatory compliance Communicating expectations to production team members and evaluating their performance Regularly checking the machinery and checkpoints to ensure safe and efficient workflow Compiling reports about production and providing management with updates Managing the repair or replacement of faulty production equipment Ensuring all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly You will be required to have experience of working within a production environment supervising staff within the manufacturing area and assisting the Shift Manager with the smooth running of each shift.
