We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join the Batch Preparation team at our facility in
** Chester.
** As a member of the team, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of batch preparation, checking and receiving materials, picking materials and batch prepping within controlled areas.

This is a small operation with the opportunity to grow and develop with our fantastic, family-feel business.
** About the role
*** To work within the company policies /procedures and to ensure individual and collective Health & Safety is achieved.
* Receiving, checking, and sampling of raw materials within a controlled environment.
* Picking raw materials from designated drop area and batch prepping within controlled areas.
* Preparing outbound dispatches, including preparing pallet labels for batches ready for dispatch.
* Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work area.
* Receipting on of raw materials returned to stock.
* Reporting of any damages or non-conforming materials or equipment.
* Attention to detail i.e. check articles, lot numbers, raw material bag weights and quantities.
** What you'll need
*** Enthusiastic, with a keen interest of food processing
* Good IT systems knowledge
* Experience and understanding to lead/comply with our EHS and Quality policies
** What we can offer
*** 36.75 hrs Monday - Friday (With the opportunity for weekend overtime with additional pay)* £24,746 per annum + shift allowance + 10% shift premium bonus.
