Lithia UK is seeking a Workshop Controller in Chester to manage Technicians' time and ensure compliance with OEM Warranty Procedures. You'll oversee workshop productivity and efficiency while identifying training needs for team members.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the motor industry, strong planning skills, and excellent knowledge of Health and Safety. A strong rapport with people at all levels is essential.
