As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality refinishing work while maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and efficiency.
- Preparing vehicles and panels ready for the paint process.
- Mixing and colour matching paint to manufacturer specifications.
- Applying primer, basecoat and lacquer to achieve a flawless finish.
- Carrying out polishing, rectification and final quality inspections where required.
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Working closely with Panel Beaters, MET Technicians and the wider workshop team to ensure vehicles are completed on time.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
We're looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician / Paint Refinisher who takes pride in producing first-class work.
- Recognised qualification in Vehicle Refinishing (NVQ / IMI / City & Guilds / ATA or equivalent), with a commitment to continuous professional development.
- Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, Paint Technician or Automotive Paint Refinisher.
- Strong knowledge of modern refinishing techniques and paint systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced Bodyshop environment.
- A positive attitude with strong team-working skills.
- A full UK driving licence is preferred.
