Full time, Permanent

Salary £32,000 – £38,000

• Oversee the effective, compliant and timely delivery of maintenance and response works in accordance with statutory legislation and MoD mandatory requirements, complying with all Health and Safety and Environmental standards and policies.
• Ensure that suitable qualified and experienced operatives are directed to relevant tasks and have the appropriate equipment to perform these tasks.
• Monitor the supply chain service delivery to ensure key performance indicators are achieved.
• Review risk assessments and ensure that all tasks are recorded against assets in the CAFM system and that progress of works and documentation are recorded and completed.
• Ensure compliance with Legionella and asbestos management plans, take on the duties of Responsible Person where required, carry out inspections and audits, and project manage various M&E tasks from inception to completion.

• Hold a HNC or equivalent qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Strong IT skills.
• Multi‑site hard FM subcontractor management experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to pass SC clearance.
