37.5 hours per week (early finish on Fridays) Start time: 07:45 We are currently seeking a Temporary Assembly Operative to join a production team for a minimum of one month , with the potential for extension depending on workload. The role supports a busy production environment during a peak period and involves working on an assembly line , primarily assembling electro-mechanical controllers , including finishing and boxing completed products.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly of components in line with production requirements Finishing, inspecting and boxing products to required standards Following clear work instructions and supervisor guidance Completing basic documentation and production records accurately Supporting team targets and maintaining a clean, safe work area Candidate Requirements:
Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately Comfortable with hands-on assembly work Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team Reliable, punctual and able to stand and carry out physical tasks Previous assembly or factory experience If this is a role that you are interested in, please do either apply online or contact our Staines office
