As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating equipment, assembling products, and ensuring that customer requirements are met, all while contributing to a high-performing production team.

Day-to-day of the role:
Assemble and manufacture products according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications. Operate production machinery, tools, and equipment safely and effectively. Meet daily production targets and output requirements. Ensure products are produced to the required quality standards. Follow standard operating procedures and company processes consistently. Complete production documentation accurately and on time. Promptly report any production issues, defects, or equipment faults to supervisors.

Carry out visual inspections and quality checks during the production process. Identify and segregate non-conforming products. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Participate in safety briefings and training sessions. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Experience in a manufacturing or production role is preferred. Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures. Knowledge of operating production machinery and tools.
