Job Description

Mai Sushi is recruiting a full-time (35 hours) Chef Manager to come and lead our team in Mai Sushi - Chester Foregate Street Chester CH1 1HP

• Pride in your work constantly looking for ways to improve and continually learning
• A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies.
• Reliable transportation for your commute to work early in the morning

And can:

• Be accountable for the Kiosk and the team maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations
• Ensuring the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers our clients and ourselves
• Highly organised with a focus on forward planning
• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand including meat and raw fish products each shift
• Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.
• Be a skilled multitasker
• An early riser as shifts can start at 6:00am some days
• Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered

Qualifications :

Qualifications

Level 2 Food Safety certificate HACCP Allergens and COSHH are Desirable although not essential as full training will be provided.
