Recruit4staff are representing an established manufacturing business in their search for a Workshop Supervisor to work in Chester. The role is a permanent, days-based position paying £42,000 per annum with hours Monday to Friday 06:00-15:00.
The Workshop Supervisor will oversee the welding and fabrication department, coordinate workloads, and lead a team of up to 15 Fabricator Welders while ensuring production targets, quality standards and health & safety requirements are met.
