This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive engineer who thrives on improving processes, solving production challenges and driving operational excellence. You'll play a key role in enhancing manufacturing performance, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing Driving continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations Analysing production processes and identifying efficiency gains Investigating production issues and implementing corrective actions Supporting new product introductions and process development Reducing waste, improving productivity and optimising workflows Working closely with Production, Quality, Engineering and Maintenance teams Ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality standards Creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation and procedures Supporting engineering projects from concept through to implementation What We're Looking For Previous experience within a Production, Manufacturing or Process Engineering role Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Experience of continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen or Six Sigma principles Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Engineering qualification desirable but not essential Salary & Benefits £38,000 - £43,000 salary Monthly paid 5% matched pension UNUM Critical Illness Insurance Simplyhealth Health Cash Plan Death in Service benefit (1x annual salary) 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays Additional day off to celebrate your birthday Working Hours Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:15pm Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm Why Apply?
