Email Marketing Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing Team as an Email Marketing Executive!

The purpose of this role is to execute, evaluate and optimise sales and inspirational e-mails across relevant brands to improve customer retention according to content marketing plans and contribution KPIs.

• Plan, create and deploy the email marketing schedule across all relevant brands to an agreed framework (frequency and format)
• Ensure alignment of messaging within emails with the content calendar used across all communication channels
• Generate new campaign ideas and monitor competitor activity to identify opportunities that drive performance across all ITC brands
• Deploy the testing framework across the e‑mail schedule for each brand, to assess the potential for alternative solutions to drive improved performance
• Work proactively with the wider marketing team and other functions to deliver activity that aligns with brand guidelines and integrates with both digital and offline channels

This is a full‑time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, based at our Chester office. The role offers hybrid working, with a requirement to spend at least 60% of your time in the office.
