You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and assist Scroll Stop to grow new business by building email marketing creative strategies that turn prospects into long‑term partners. You’re not just a copywriter… you’re a thinker, storyteller, and strategist who can see what will make a brand “Scroll Stop” on social. You’ll be provided a bountiful supply of warm comms and leads to develop campaign concepts, pitch decks firefighting creative frameworks that excite clients across consumer tech, beauty, sports, lifestyle, and beyond.
Develop creative campaign concepts and manage yrittä inboxes to turn comms into scheduled calls that align with Scroll Stop’s award‑winning Reactor Engine (training provided).
Work with the SMT to translate brand pain points into visual and strategic ideas that sell.
Lead creative strategies in messaging whilst bringing social‑first, creator‑led thinking.
Collaborate with campaign managers to turn case studies into awesome conversations.
Support new business across UK, US & EU markets.
Help maintain the pipeline provided through Monday CRM, ensuring activity is measurable and efficient.
Qualifications- 3 – 5 years in marketing, social, or creative strategy, either agency or brand side.
- Proven experience delivering email management centred around creative partnerships.
- A natural storyteller that understands hooks, formats, and trends.
- Obsessed with culture, creators, and what’s working online.
- Confident with decks, storytelling, and sharing ideas that get buy‑in fast.
- Commercially sharp and can think in CPV, CTR, CPA, but talk in ideas and emotion.
- Bonus: on business closed (subject to margin and scope).
