Chester | Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00 (3 days office, 2 days home)

Are you a commercially minded marketing professional ready to make an impact in a fast‑growing, multi‑service business?

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to own and shape the marketing strategy across multiple divisions. This is a hands‑on role where your creativity, strategic thinking, and execution skills will directly influence growth, brand presence, and customer engagement.

You’ll be managing 1 direct report, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys mentoring and developing their team.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the development and delivery of the marketing strategy, ensuring a consistent, impactful brand across all channels.
  • Drive brand positioning, market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • Plan, create, and manage content across digital platforms, email, social media, internal communications, and more.
  • Deliver campaigns for new initiatives, promotions, and strategic objectives.
  • Manage websites, SEO, PPC, paid social, and track analytics to optimise results.
  • Support sales and business development with engaging materials, proposals, and sector‑specific content.
  • Strengthen internal communications, company culture, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Plan and manage events, exhibitions, webinars, and customer engagement activities.
  • Take ownership of budgets, timelines, and continuous improvement of marketing processes.
Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree‑qualified in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Hands‑on experience managing digital content, websites, social media, and campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing, or sales platforms.
