We're looking for a Regional Marketing Manager (Wales & North) to lead ROI-driven marketing that grows our portfolio of holiday homes across Wales, the Lake District, Yorkshire and Northumbria.

  Bangor (North Wales), Windermere or Chester (Hybrid)
• Working Days &
  
  Hours:
  
  37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am until 5:30pm
• Salary:
  Up to £40,000 per annum

You’ll work closely with regional teams to deliver impactful campaigns, generate high-quality property leads, strengthen local brands, and drive sustainable growth.

• Proven marketing and team management experience
• A commercial mindset with a track record of delivering measurable results
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing budgets and using data to optimise performance
• A full UK driving licence
• Have conflict resolution training or experience.
• Bring local market knowledge of Wales, the Lake District, Northumbria, or Yorkshire.
