Premier Customer Engagement Lead

Acting as an extension of their recruitment teams, we connect them with skilled interim and temporary professionals, fostering workplaces where everyone can contribute and succeed. On behalf of Nat West, we are looking for a Premier Customer Engagement Lead, contracted until the end of December 2026. Based in London, or Edinburgh , hybrid with 2 days per week on-site .

Purpose of the role Supporting the integration of Evelyn Partners, you'll play a key role in shaping the customer engagement strategy, developing lifecycle communications and creating a seamless experience for Premier customers. This is a strategic position where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to define the approach while overseeing successful campaign delivery. What you'll do Develop and own the customer engagement strategy for Premier customers.

Define customer segmentation, targeting and lifecycle communications. Shape messaging, channel strategy and customer journeys. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across marketing, data, digital and product teams. Ensure customer communications are aligned across Nat West and Evelyn Partners. Oversee campaign planning and delivery across multiple customer channels. Work alongside agencies and internal teams to deliver high quality customer experiences. Provide strategic direction while supporting the successful execution of campaigns.

The Skills you'll need Extensive experience in customer engagement and lifecycle marketing. Strong strategic marketing and customer planning experience. Experience developing customer segmentation and engagement strategies. Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience overseeing end-to-end marketing campaign delivery. Direct-to-consumer marketing experience. Financial services experience is preferred, ideally within wealth management, investments or affluent customer marketing. Strong understanding of CRM and customer engagement best practice.
